At Furniform Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • Custom, clearance, and made-to-order items are not eligible unless damaged or defective.

  • To begin a return, email us at support@furniform.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
